Not sure which service fits? This 10-hour block is the safest place to start. We use the kickoff to understand the outcome, current tools, access constraints, and the first useful slice before we build.

All project work counts toward the block, including kickoff, discovery, environment setup, implementation, testing, communication, and handoff. Blocks are non-refundable after kickoff or work commencement. Promotional blocks must be used within 30 days of kickoff.
