What can fit inside a block?+
A five-hour block can solve a focused issue or validate a direction. Ten hours is a useful sprint. Twenty hours can move a substantial feature or system. The kickoff identifies the highest-value slice that fits.
What counts toward the hours?+
All project work counts: kickoff, technical discovery, access and environment setup, implementation, testing, communication, and handoff. Most new engagements use the first one to two hours getting aligned and ready to build.
Who actually does the work?+
One accountable technical lead remains your direct contact. Trusted specialists may contribute when their expertise or parallel capacity improves the outcome.
Can you work in an existing codebase?+
Yes. Existing products, legacy systems, half-finished builds, cloud infrastructure, and troublesome integrations are all welcome. Access is requested only after fit and scope are clear.
How does the founding-client offer work?+
The first five new companies can purchase one 10-hour sprint for $600. It is prepaid, must be used within 30 days of kickoff, and cannot be combined with another promotion. Additional work is available at our standard $100 hourly rate.
What happens when the hours run out?+
You receive a clear progress and handoff summary. If more work makes sense, continue at our standard $100 hourly rate. There is no automatic renewal or surprise overage.
Do you build and deploy AI agents?+
Yes. We can launch a proven starting point or build a custom agent around your workflow, data, and integrations. Hosting and model costs are separate; we recommend the right deployment after we understand the job.
What do I need for the $1,500 website package?+
Bring your logo if you have one, your services and contact details, a few examples of sites you like, and access to your domain. We provide a guided content worksheet and lightly edit what you send. The timeline begins when the required content, approvals, and access are ready.
