Business identity

WeNeedA.dev is a service brand operated by MyFusion Solutions. Unless a written agreement identifies another entity, purchases and services described on this site are provided by MyFusion Solutions.

Development blocks

Development blocks reserve a stated number of working hours. All project work counts toward the block, including kickoff, technical discovery, access and environment setup, implementation, testing, project communication, and handoff. Work outside the purchased block requires a separate written agreement or another block.

Founding client offer

The founding client offer is limited to the first five eligible new companies and one promotional block per company. Promotional hours must be used within 30 days of kickoff and cannot be combined with another offer. Eligibility is confirmed before kickoff. Additional work is billed at the standard rate shown on the site or under a separate written agreement.

Enterprise and contract engagements

Contract capacity reserves the stated availability for the agreed period and is billed in advance unless a written agreement states otherwise. Unused reserved capacity does not automatically roll over. Meetings, planning, review, communication, access setup, implementation, testing, incident response, and handoff all count toward hourly capacity.

Platform sprints are scoped around an agreed outcome, assumptions, and exclusions. Production rescue and other expedited work use the minimum commitment and rate shown at purchase or in the written agreement. Enterprise engagements may require separate security, procurement, data-processing, or statement-of-work terms before access or work begins.

Local Business Website package

The $1,500 fixed-price package includes up to five informational pages, guided content intake with light editing, a standard lead form, local search foundations, analytics setup, responsive development, two consolidated revision rounds, domain launch, and 30 days of post-launch defect support. A $750 deposit reserves the project. The remaining $750 is due after final approval and before launch.

The package does not include ecommerce, complex booking or membership systems, custom applications, full brand identity, original photography, extensive copywriting, ongoing search marketing, paid software, domain registration, hosting, or other third-party fees unless agreed in writing. Additional or changed scope is billed at the standard rate or separately quoted.

Delivery estimates begin after the kickoff and receipt of all required content, access, and approvals. Delays in client materials or feedback move the delivery date. Revision rounds cover reasonable changes to the agreed scope and do not include a new design direction or new functionality.

AI agent services

Agent packages cover only the deliverables listed for the selected offer. A prebuilt launch includes configuration and deployment of an agreed starting point. A custom workflow package includes one agreed workflow and one agreed integration. Discovery produces recommendations, architecture, and an estimate; implementation is a separate purchase unless stated otherwise.

Hosting, model usage, API usage, paid connectors, communication channels, and other third-party costs are separate. You retain ownership of your provider accounts and keys and are responsible for sharing credentials securely. Provider availability, pricing, and behavior can change without notice.

AI systems can produce incomplete or incorrect output. We implement reasonable testing and guardrails within scope, but agents should receive appropriate human review—especially before financial, legal, medical, security, deletion, publication, or customer-impacting actions. No agent is guaranteed to operate without interruption or produce accurate output in every circumstance.

Project start and refunds

If we determine before kickoff that the engagement is not a fit, the payment will be refunded in full. The project begins at the kickoff. Blocks, reserved contract capacity, sprint payments, website deposits, agent payments, and agent deposits are non-refundable after kickoff or after work has commenced, whichever occurs first.

Scope and estimates

The kickoff is used to prioritize the highest-value work that reasonably fits the purchased service. Estimates are good-faith planning guidance, not a guarantee that every desired outcome will fit within a fixed number of hours or fixed package.

Client responsibilities

You are responsible for timely access, accurate information, required licenses, content, approvals, and authority to modify the systems placed in scope. Credentials should be shared through an agreed secure method.

Ownership and third parties

After full payment, you own custom deliverables created specifically for you, excluding pre-existing tools, reusable know-how, and third-party materials. Third-party software and services remain subject to their own terms and fees.

Warranty and liability

Services are provided professionally and in good faith. Software and third-party systems can contain defects or change without notice. Any final legal agreement or statement of work agreed in writing supersedes this page.
