AWS / GOOGLE CLOUD / DEVOPS

Senior infrastructure engineering

Cloud systems
that your team
can operate.

We design, modernize, automate, and stabilize the infrastructure beneath real products—without separating cloud decisions from the application and business they support.

AWS

Amazon Web
Services.

Application and data infrastructure, IAM, networking, compute, serverless, containers, delivery automation, monitoring, backup, and cost-aware operations.

GCP

Google
Cloud.

Cloud Run and container workloads, projects and IAM, data systems, APIs, delivery pipelines, observability, and production application architecture.

HYBRID

Your actual
environment.

Vercel, Cloudflare, DigitalOcean, Railway, SaaS dependencies, legacy hosts, and the integrations that make a real architecture multi-platform.

The operating system beneath the product

Build it.
Ship it. Keep it up.

Cloud work is not a separate diagram exercise. We connect infrastructure, application behavior, delivery practice, security, reliability, and cost.

01

Cloud foundations

Accounts and projects, network boundaries, identity, environments, secrets, logging, budgets, and a foundation the team can understand.

02

Infrastructure & delivery

Infrastructure as code, CI/CD, release safety, artifact flow, environment promotion, and repeatable recovery.

03

Containers & serverless

Right-sized compute across containers, managed platforms, functions, queues, schedules, and event-driven systems.

04

Observability & reliability

Logs, metrics, traces, alerting, SLO thinking, backup, disaster recovery, performance, and incident learning.

05

Migration & modernization

Move or reshape applications and data without treating the current business as a blank slate.

06

Security boundaries

Least-privilege access, secret handling, workload isolation, auditability, dependency review, and safer operational defaults.

When production is already talking

Stabilize first.
Then improve.

Failed releases, noisy alerts, runaway cost, brittle infrastructure, security concerns, slow systems, lost deployment knowledge, and incidents that keep returning.

Request production help
Contain risk

Protect customers and preserve evidence before making broad changes.

Find the system cause

Trace the interaction—not only the first visible symptom.

Implement the fix

Make the smallest safe change, validate it, and keep rollback available.

Leave it stronger

Improve signals, documentation, automation, and the next response.

Common engagements

Infrastructure tied
to an outcome.

Start with a senior working session for a bounded problem or use a platform sprint when the work needs ownership across multiple systems.

01

Cloud architecture review

Map risk, cost, reliability, and delivery constraints into a practical improvement plan.

10-hour start
02

CI/CD and infrastructure as code

Make environments repeatable and releases observable, reviewable, and recoverable.

Scope a sprint
03

Migration or modernization

Move workloads, data, or deployment models with staged risk and clear cutover paths.

Scope a sprint
04

Embedded platform engineering

Add senior infrastructure and application depth directly to the team operating the product.

Reserve capacity

Why full-stack matters here

The infrastructure
is part of the product.

A cloud decision can change latency, data integrity, deployment safety, developer speed, and customer experience. We can follow that decision from the network and runtime through the API and interface.

Cloud questions

Before access.

Can you work in an existing AWS or Google Cloud environment?+

Yes. Most engagements begin in a live environment with existing applications, policies, tradeoffs, and technical history. We agree on least necessary access and preserve safe rollback paths.

Do you require a migration to one preferred stack?+

No. We recommend the smallest useful change. Existing cloud and SaaS investments are part of the architecture, not an excuse to restart everything.

Can you work with Terraform or CloudFormation?+

Yes. We can work with existing infrastructure as code, improve it, or introduce an appropriate repeatable path where infrastructure is still manual.

Do you provide ongoing DevOps support?+

Yes. Embedded contract capacity can cover delivery systems, reliability work, platform improvements, reviews, and incident follow-through alongside your existing team.
